Using Dynamic Approvals for the creation of a diabetes patient website

THE ASK
Our client needed to ensure that diabetes patients using their products, had access to information and resources that helped them feel confident to use their administration devices and manage their condition effectively.
THE SOLUTION
- We used the Dynamic Approvals method to rapidly develop a microsite that provided information, images, videos and guides to encourage the safe use of their medicines.
- We also supported by acting as technical reviewers and as medical signatory during the approval process.
- Our Digital AQPs continue to carry out rigorous device and page metadata checks to ensure the test site appears and functions correctly across devices before going live.
THE BENEFIT
- The microsite content was developed, approved, and made available to patients within 6 weeks.
- Routine changes are being made and approved quicker than via a traditional approvals approach.
- Signatories are focussing on approving the content.
- Digital AQPs have taken workload pressures away from signatories.
- Patients have a reliable resource where they can access up-to-date information to help them feel in control of their condition.
