Driving insight innovation through partnership: medDigital with ON24

THE ASK 

The client wanted to gain expert feedback to establish a working framework and target deliverables for infectious disease workstreams. This was achieved through a series of live advisory board meetings with gastroenterologists and infectious disease specialists, with offline, asynchronous conversations in the interim. The client wanted to further discuss and explore the prioritised workstreams: medical education, local research and publications, patient materials and advocacy and different digital assets.

THE SOLUTION

ON24 and medDigital collaborated to provide a full end-to-end service for our client. medDigital supported with project management, pre-, during and post-meeting, including gathering insights through a compliant survey tool and liaising with HCPs to facilitate meeting logistics.

Together, we developed a bespoke, one-click content hub powered by ON24, to house all relevant materials and tools for this project. This included content such as webinars, proposed HCP portal ideas, and links to medCrowd asynchronous workstreams. Virtual meetings were held on ON24’s engagement platform and attended by medDigital Scientific Advisors to create a verbatim transcript and summary report of the meeting.

Live meetings were followed by asynchronous text-based conversations held on medCrowd, medDigital’s compliant instant messenger for health and care, for HCPs to continue the conversation. Asynchronous outputs were also summarised by medDigital Scientific Advisors and used to inform the questions asked at the next live virtual meeting, following this framework over the course of a year.

At project completion, the client received a full executive report of every advisory board (asynchronous and live) that detailed the journey, key insights, and final conclusions gained via this year-long engagement.

The client was able to gain high-quality insights using advanced technology and scientific support:
