THE ASK


• Improve understanding of the pre-launch landscape of a new neuroscience treatment, to improve education and rollout of the product. 

• Our client needed to plan a long-term strategy for a new product currently being rolled out in several markets.

• Twelve HCPs from a range of regions were involved, from markets where the product had already launched or was going to be launched, to glean an insight into the current neuroscience landscape and unmet needs in their educational strategy. 

THE SOLUTION


• After developing a content and educational strategy with our client, we coordinated several steering committee meetings over the course of 8 months. We led speaker briefings, managed content sign-off, set up the webinar platform and liaised with all attendees. It was essential to have all meeting content developed and approved ahead of time. Our project management skills and ability to manage content approval in Veeva PromoMats were pivotal to the outcome of what turned out to be a very successful series of steering committees.

•  Our team of Scientific Advisors then delivered post-meeting executive reports of all findings with actionable insights from the sessions. 


THE BENEFIT

We harnessed our expertise in digital project management, event facilitation and scientific content approval to help lead a pre-launch educational strategy in neuroscience. Findings from the steering committees informed our client’s strategy during the rollout of an innovative treatment in several markets worldwide.
