medDigital partners with Guy's and St Thomas' Charity to explore a new fund for health innovators in Lambeth and Southwark

We are exploring the potential to create new fund for health innovators with Guy's and St Thomas' Charity. The fund will be aimed at supporting healthcare innovators to improve the health, wellness and social care of people in Lambeth and Southwark.

Guy's and St Thomas’ Charity is an independent charitable foundation which supports new ideas to tackle major health and care challenges in Lambeth and Southwark. A key component of their mission is to scale up the benefits of health and social care innovations developed by their partners or found within their communities. One of the ways they do this is by investing in new enterprises and start-ups to enable them to grow rapidly and disseminate their new ideas. Fund for Health Innovators The proposed fund will support healthcare innovators to improve local people's health, wellness and social care. We hope to encourage the development of a tech-based health and social care entrepreneurial community within the Charity's area of work, the London boroughs of Lambeth and Southwark, to maximise the potential of local healthcare innovation.

We are inviting healthcare innovators and all other interested people to let us know what they need. We'd like to hear your views if you are interested in helping us establish the fund, whether you are a potential applicant, mentor, supporter, investor or you are connected with the sector and want to share your thoughts.
